Seth is an associate attorney specializing in commercial litigation, construction litigation, and professional liability defense, with added experience in labor and employment class actions and personal injury litigation.
While earning his J.D. from South Texas, Seth was named a finalist in three of his nine national mock trial and moot court competitions, earning him a selection into the national Order of Barristers. Seth served on the South Texas Law Review, exploring the legal intricacies surrounding college athletics in the name, image, and likeness (NIL) era. Additionally, Seth clerked for the Honorable Justice Richard Hightower of the Texas First Court of Appeals, interned for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, and clerked for two commercial litigation firms. While in school, Seth was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Willard and Anne Levin Foundation Scholarship.
Before law school, Seth’s journey took an unconventional path. After graduating from Texas A&M in 2014—where he was prominently involved in the Corps of Cadets, a Student Senator, a member of the Ross Volunteer Company (the escort guard for the Governor of Texas), Vice President of the Aggie Wranglers, and an assistant handler of the school’s mascot, Reveille VIII—Seth worked in Los Angeles as a standup comedian and comedic writer for YouTube channels, Comedy Central, and live sketch shows. This experience cultivated Seth’s ability to think on his feet, engage diverse audiences, and approach problem-solving with creativity and resilience. Simultaneously, Seth also worked as a music video choreographer for multiple country artists, with one project being nominated for Video of the Year at the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards.
Transitioning to law, Seth’s background has equipped him with distinctive skills that are assets in legal strategy, client relations, and advocacy. As an attorney, Seth has successfully litigated labor and employment class and collective actions in federal courts across the country, defended claims arising under the Defense Base Act, and managed multiple matters in arbitration before AAA and JAMS. Irrespective of the subject matter, Seth’s tapestry of experience guides his approach to relentless winning advocacy.
Currently, Seth is a member of the American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
