Gina is a trial lawyer. She has over twenty-five (25) years of litigation experience and has successfully litigated a broad range of cases, with her most recent focus on school law, professional liability and medical malpractice dispiutes. She has tried cases in state and federal court and has briefed and argued appeals at the Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court level.
Gina earned a full tuition Leon Jaworski Scholarship to Baylor Law School based upon her college debate accomplishments. While at Baylor Law School, she was Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review and was on the International Moot Court team that won Best Brief. She also was selected as one of the top ten trial advocates in Baylor Law School’s nationally recognized practice court program. She worked as a briefing attorney for Chief Justice Bob Shannon of the 3rd Court of Appeals (Austin, Texas) from 1983-1984.
Gina anchors the firm’s central Texas office located in Wimberley, Texas, which is strategically located in the San Antonio-Austin corridor. She now resides in Wimberley where she is a member of the school board for the Wimberley Independent School District.
